Hailing from Canada, Sylvie have become the newest edition to the Wednesday Records’ family. The band, which features Joel Passmore (vocals, guitar), Riva Farrell Racette (bass, vocals), Chris Notenboom (guitar, vocals), Jeff Romanyk (drums) and Erin Passmore (keys, vocals), have been honing their craft for the last several years and have gained a reputation as one of the country’s most fromidable live acts.

Their newest record, "Trees and Shade Are Our Only Fences", was produced by J. Robbins (Jets to Brazil, The Promise Ring) at Magpie Cage Studios in Baltimore.
